Lt. Junior Grade William B. Hedrick, USN, son of Capt and Mrs. David I. Hedrick, Huntly, and husband of Mrs. Joan Hedrick, presently living in Hutchinson, Kansas, has reported for advanced flight * training at the Naval Air Station, Hutchinson, Kansas; home of the Navy’s “Privateer" training squadron.
LTJG Hedrick completed his basic and pre-flight training at the Naval Air Basic Training Command, Pensacola, Fla.
Upon completion of his training at Hutchinson, LTJG Hedrick will be awarded the gold wings of a Naval Aviator.
Prior to entering the Navy’s aviation program", LTJG Hedrick graduated from the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, Md.
