As a protection to mankind alone, 1 think we should have another ■county wide dog vaccination ordinance. I also think that the dog owners should pay the full cost of the vaccination. If a man doesn’t Chink enough of his dog, his neighbors ■or their children, their livestock, to have it vaccinated then he should not have the dog. ^ '
