Miss Jo Ellen Worth of Harrison'burg college was a week end guest of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Cary. Another daughter, Mrs. Thomas Reid and son, Terry of Edgewood, Maryland, returned home on Sunday afternoon. Billy Worth accompanied his sister home, where he will remain for a visit. Miss Jo Ellen Worth was soloist at laying the corner stone of the Sunday School rooms for the Washington Baptist church Sunday morning after the eleven o'clock services.
Mr. and Mrs. W. Arthur Miller entertained at dinner Wednesday evening honoring Mrs. John J. Miller. Guests were Mrs. Will Keyser, Joe D. Keyser and Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Settle.
