Lester L. Yates left on Manday to spend a week’s vacation with his sonin-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Schuler in New York. During his absence Mrs. Yates and her two children will have with them Eld. and Mrs. Daily.
Miss Holly Updike was an overnight guest on Tuesday of her classmate, Miss Elizabeth Smith.
Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Wood were supper guests on Saturday night of Mr. and Mrs. John Davis at “Hawthorne.” On Monday afternoon Mr. and Mrs. Wood motored to Marshall to visit Lud Lake who is recuperating from a recent illness.'
