1953 Progress
One hundred and sixty-six shares out of a possible 250 shares were represented at the Tuesday meeting of the Stockholders-Directors of the First National Bank of Flint Hill. The group was pleased at the accomplishments evident during the 1953 working year. $1000 had been added to the surplus account and a satisfactory amount to undivided pro. fits. In addition the 3% dididend was paid. H. J.' Turner asked to be relieved of his position as director because of ill health. Emory C. Rus—sell—was—elected—director—in his stead.
