mittee of county 4-H council. This turkey supper will be held Saturday, March 13 and the money will be used by county council for its various activities. The 4-H’er of the month column score card was planned to project work, leadership activities and participate in various events, and work in own community and school.

Flint Hill 4-H club selected Doris Campbell, as chairman for National 4-H club week.

5 4-H boys purchased the 4-H signs for their homes. A program consisted of poems and songs. The poems were recited by Jean Lillard and Ruth Ann Foster.

During project work the art of sprinkling and folding clothing for ironing was demonstrated. Mrs. Frank Cary, leader, used a pillow case and towel, and the agent, a shirt.

Amissville 4-H met Friday for another excellent meeting. Patsy Woodward and James Bywaters were elected Co-chairman for National 4-H week. The program chairman was in charge of following program: Devotions, Marjorie Settle; Songs and Yells, Patsy Woodward.

Mrs. Ralph Rowzie gave a reading on use of vanilla—pure or imitation. The club is selling vanilla as a money maker. During project work the girls exhibited skirts they had made and during meeting studied different kinds of materials, care and uses.

At the Forest Grove 4-H meeting committees were appointed to plan activities for National 4-H club week: Ellen Gore, Jimmy Atkins, Franklin Woodard, and Dorothy Jenkins.

The girls exhibited a cover for the clothes basket. The demonstration during project work was on the making of a head scarf.

Washington senior 4-H club met Thursday. Lelia Gentry was selected chairman for National 4-H club week. Four members purchased 4-H signs to be displayed at their home. During project work “How To Sprinkle and Fold Gothes for Iron
