EXTRACT from a decree of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County entered in the above entitled chancery cause on the 27 th day of November, 1953:
On consideration whereof the court doth adjudge, order and decree that this cause be and the same is hereby referred to James, iM. Settle, one of the Master Commissioners in Chancery of this Court, with direction to take, state . and settle an account showing:
(1) The personal estate owned by the defendant, Anna B. Woodard, and subject to the claims of her creditors. '
(2) The real estate or interest in any real estate owned by the defendant, Anna B. Woodard and subject to the claim of her creditors, its fee simple value, and the value of any life interest or dower interest, and the annual rental value.
(3) The taxes on the personal and real estate of Anna B. Woodard.
(4) What claims asserted, or to be asserted, in this cause, constitute liens on the personal and real estate of Anna B. Woodard, their several amounts and respective priorities.
(5) All other valid claims against said Anna B. Woodard, not reduced to judgment, or otherwise, charged as liens against the estate, real and personal, of said Anna B. Woodard.
(6) If the rents and profits from the real estate of the defendant will in five years pay the lien debts thereon.
