Miss Lena Mae Green returned to Kingsport, Tenn last Friday where she has a job and Miss Peggy Ann Green returned to Lynchburg where she is attending college after spending the Christmas holiday with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Green.

Rev. G: H. Thach called to see Mrs. Charlie Moss last Tuesday afternoon.

Mrs. Jennie Smith spent last Tuesday afternoon with Mrs. Nelson Corbin.

Mr. and Mrs. Sanford of Warrenton spent Friday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Sutphin.

Miss Virginia Tapp spent Friday afternoon with Mrs. Charlie Compton.

Mrs. Frances Sapp left last Sunday for a trip to Florida. Elliott Doyle accompanied her.

Mrs. Bertha Riley spent a few days last week with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Doug Green of Warrenton.

Edward Tapp was a recent visitor of his aunts, Mrs. Katie Tapp and Mrs. Jennie Keyset in Front Royal.

Mrs. Effie Hackley of Arlington spent last Friday in the neighborhood.

Miss Virginia Tapp entertained at cards last Thursday night. Those playing were Mrs. Raymond Poe, Mrs. Richie Colvin, Mrs. Jennie Smith, Mrs. Nelson Corbin, Mrs. Bertha Riley and Mrs. Bernard Weaver.

Mrs. Charlie Compton, Mrs. Jennie Smith, Jack Shiith, Mrs. Bertha Riley, Mrs. Richie Colvin and Roy James were Culpeper visitors last Friday.

Mrs. Graham Hackley and children called to see Mrs. A1 Hall last Thursday afternoon.

Marvin R. Carrol is on his way home from Germany after spending 18 months in Vismark Kaserne Germany. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin H. Carroll.
