'lo the Creditors of Anna B. Woodard, of Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia:

Pursuant to a decree of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, entered in the cause pending in the style of Annie M. Dearing, who sues on behalf of herself and all other creditors of Anna B. Woodard V. Anna iB. Woodard, to subject the real estate of said Anna B. Woodard to the payment of her debts, you are required to present your claims against the estate of the said Anna B. Woodard for adjudication to James M. Settle, Master Commissioner, at his office in the Town of Washington, Virginia, on January 26, 1954, between the hours of 10 o'clock A.M. and, 2 o’clock PjM. Said commissioner will execute the decree and any party in interest is required to attend with such books, papers, and vouchers and evidence as will enable the commissioner to comply with the decree of said Court, an extract therefrom reading as follows : “VIRGINIA: IN THE CIRCUIT
