The Woman's Society of Christian Service of the Sperryville Methodist church met on Wednesday evening in the home of Miss Ruth C. Menefee and Mrs. Virginia Lewis. Eleven members were present. The president, Mrs. C. E. Brown opened the meeting and led the devotional, after which Mrs. Lewis presented the lesson program from the subject, "Love Never Faileth.” During the social hour refreshments were served.
