that is He will make man aware of his need of turning from evil to good. This good can come .only through Christ, not of ourselves, but of Christ. Then last He will convict the world of judgement. Men will be awakened to the fear of God’s judgement upon them if they continue in sin. -They will be made to *see that, “The wages of sin is death.” When we awaken to all these things we see , then our only hope is in Jesus Christ’s death and resurrection for us.
We are living in a world of sin, but we can arise above it like the pond lily rises above the*mud, water and pond scum on top of the water to bloom in response to God’s love and sunshine, so can we rise above the scum of sin and bloom through the Holy Spirit in response to God’s love made manifest to us by Jesus’s death upon the cross. Won’t you let the Holy Spirit be your teacher and guide to turn you back to God and the Way?
