Planning meals has been the topic for demonstrations at the home demonstration clubs this month. It has been found during club discussion that the ladies believe advance plan' ning has many advantages to offer. Advantages named most were (1) Saves time, in actual meal preparation and time in shopping with the added advantage of quality buying. (2) Saves fuel . . % by cooking meal entirely in the oven or broiler. Left-,overs can be prepared into other * tasty dishes. (3) Saves money as many low cost meals require longer cooking. (4) Better Planned Meals result from advance planning since you can check menus to make certain you have included the needed quantity of vegetables, fruits and milk.
