Rep. Burr P. Harrison, Winchester, who has represented the Seventh District in the House of Representatives since 1946, was given another vote of confidence in Waynesboro, Saturday when the Rappahannock delegation took pride in casting its 8 votes towards his re-nomination; and the entire District Democratic Convention chose Harrison to carry the party banner in the November election._
