T h e Commonwealth versus Herman Franklin Dodson; charged with no operator’s license; fined $5 and costs.

The Commonwealth versus Charles W. Jenkins; charged with reckless driving; fined $10 and cost*.

The Commonwealth versus Vincent Lee Atkins; charged with driving drunk; fined $150 and cost; sentenced to 90 days in jail; suspended on payment of the fine and costs and good behavior for a period of 12 months. Atkins’ license was revoked for a perriod of 3 years.
