All that tract or parcel of land lying and being approximately five miles North of the town of Woodville, on the South side of State Secondary Route No. 620 leading from Five Forks to the Thornton River, containing 20 acres more or less, and has a valuable six-room dwelling house with electricity therein. The farm has a barn and necessary outbuildings, an apple orchard thereon and overlooks the Thornton River. -
The undersigned reserve the right to reject any and all offers on account of inadequacy of price. The sale will be in gross and not by the acre and is subject to any visible easements or right of way or those of record.
Possession of the dwelling house and farm can be delivered immediately.
The farm or any part thereof may be inspected or viewed by any interested persons on or before the date of the sale. '
It is agreed that upon the request of the purchaser of the property that the .undersigned will enter into a contract for the sale of said land and deposit the purchase price in escrow until one yearafter the death of J. Robert Nethers, which occurred November 2, 1953.
