Development Ca. went to Culpeper last week to attend a meet—1 ing of the company. The prospect seems to be&omewhatirnproved. In addition to Mr. Wright, a party from Richmond, Mr. John C. Robertson was present and both are now at work on the proposition. We believe in keeping everlastingly at it if you want to win, and we also believe our people want this railroad, as evidenced by their liberal subscription. Rappahannock Chapter, U.D.C. met last Saturday and decided to present Crosses of Honor to old veterans who are entitled to them and have not yet received them.
