And since that time, long ago, families the world around have trimmed the branches of the little evergreen even as the angels did oh that First of all Christmases— and the humble, lowly little tree has become a symbol of the joyful Yuletide Spirit.

In Mexico, on a certain Christmas Eve many years ago, little Rosita was on her way to church for the service to honor the Christchild.
