Mrs. John Frizzell of the Rectory was hostess last Wednesday afternoon to the Ladies Auxiliary of Trinity Episcopal Church.’Mrs. R. V. Snead, president, conducted the meeting with 9 members present. Mrs. R. V. Snead and Mrs. T. C. Lea, who had recently carried clothing to St. Ann’s PreventoriumMissioninCuddagc Hollow, gave an interesting report of the work carried on at the mission by Deaconess Hutton. -Every member brought a present to be sent to the mission for Christmas. t
Mrs. W. L. Wake was a Friday overnight guest of T. M. Johnston, while Mr. Wake was in^ Fauquier on business. In the afternoon, Dr. and Mrs. Wake and Mrs. Johnston visited Mr. Johnston, a patient in the Winchester Memorial Hospital. Mr. Johnston returned to his home on Saturday.
