CONE, defendant The object of this suit is to obtain? a Divorce a vinculo matrimonii on behalf of the Plaintiff James G. Cone against Leona Mae Nessmith Cone upon the grounds of desertion.
And an affidavit having been made and filed that the defendant Leona Mae Nessmith Cone is not a resident of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that the said Leona Mae Nessmith Cone do appear within ten days after due * publication hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect her interest in this suit. And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, that a copy be posted at the front door of the Courthouse of this Court on or before the 12th day of March, 1955, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to each of the said defendants to the post-office address given in» the affidavit herein, and file a certificate of the . fact in the papers of this case. ‘ ^ JAS.
