Mrs. Ida Golden, who has been confined to h«r room all winter by illness, had a relapse last week and was taken to the hospital in Charlottesville on Friday by her daughter, Mrs. C M. Ramey, with whom she makes her home. While she is remaining in the hospital for several days, her condition is reported to show some improvement.
Mr. and Mrs. Denis L. Regan had as dinner guests Friday evening Mr. and Mrs. Cabell Woodward of New York City.
On Friday, Mr. and Mrs. Harold W. Dickensheets drove down .from Chevy Chase to their Slate Mills home and spent the afternoon visiting with friends, and neighbors. j
