The Regular Annual Home Coming Meeting will convene at First Baptist Church on Sunday, August 6, at 11:00 a.m. Rev, Martin of Tried Stone Baptist Church of Rankin, Pa., and Rev. Anderson “ of Washington, D. C., and visiting choir from Rankin, Pa.
All all cordially invited to come out and enjoy this meeting.
There will be choir rehearsal for both senior and Junior choirs on Thursday, Aug. 2, at 7:30 p.m. at the First Baptist Church. * Mrs. Hattie Jackson visited her little grandson, Ned Jackson HI, in Washington, D. C. Sunday. He is recovering nicely from a recent illness. Mrs. Jackson was accompanied by her son,’ Henry Jackson, to Fairfax, Va. Her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Jackson, took her to the hospital. __ -She visited the rest of her children in Burke, Va., Mr. and Mrs. _ Johnny Wigington. Freddie Jack- son, and Mr. ami Mrs. Ned Jackson.
Guests of Mrs. Hattie Jackson on Monday were Mrs. Maude Williams, Jimmie William* and two children, Charles and little Maude Williams, of Scrabble.
