Pursuant to the general powers conferred upon the; Board of Supervisors by Title 1$, Sec. 8 of the Code of Virginia aiid amendments thereto, it i3 hereby resolved by the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County that it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to willfully abandon, desert or leave any dog or dogs or cat or cats withtin the confines of Rappahannock County, |and upon any conviction for any! such offense, the said person or persons shall be fined not to exceed $300.()0 and/ or confined in the County Jail for not more than thirty (30) days. It is ordered that this Resolution be published and posted as by law provided, and not become final until published and posted as required by law. I
