It is ordered that-the said nonresiden, defendant Carrie M. Dennis and Jordan Fletcher, if he ba living, and John Ed Fletcher, if ha be living, and the said persona made parties defendant by the general description of “parties unknown,” to appear within (10) ten days after due publication ef this order and do what is necee-* sary to protect their interests.
It is further ordered Oat a copy hereof be published once a week - for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, that a copy be posted at the front door of the Court House ' of this County .within ten days after entry of this order of pubUeatioon, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to each defendant to the post office address given in the affidavit herein, and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this cause.
