Bruce S. Bowie, who underwent a minor operation pt Rockingham Memorial Hospital, Harrisonburg, on Tuesday is getting along nicely and expects to be out of the hospital in a few days.
Mrs. C. G. Reid is staying with her daughter, Mrs. Bowie, having returned to Harrisonburg on Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Bowie who were her weekend guests.
Gordon Lindenblad of Arlington was the guest for the weekend of Mr. and Mrs. W. Arthur at their home, Mt. Prospect. Mrs. Lindenblad and son, Eric Hamilton, who had been spending some time with the Miller's returned to her home Sunday with Mr. Lindenblad. They were accompanied by Miss Evelyn Tyler Miller who was their guest overnight. Miss Evelyn Tyler Miller was the guest Wednesday of Dr. G. Tyler Miller at their home, Hillcrest, at Madison College.
Keith Brockman, of Charles Town, W. Va.. was a guest Sunday of Mrs. A. M. Verner.
