The object of thiis auit ia as follows: (1) To have decreed aa null and Void a certajin deed from James M. Settle, Clerk, conveying 85.7 acrea of real estate to Carrie M. Dennis, dated I February 12, 1947 and recorded jin the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 48, page 524. (2) To remove a cloud upon the title on the above land. (3) To effect partition! amongst the owners by sale or otherwise of the above land, the same being the land of which Edward F. Fletcher died, sieaed and possessed, and situated near Castleton, Virginia, in Rappahahnock County, Virginia, and (4) To require Robert E. Craft to account tjo the heirs of Edward F. Fletchet, with the exception of Carrie Jf. Dennis, for any and all timber, rents, issues and profits which he may have derived from said land.
