The meeting was a result of protests made l>y Gordonsville A. C., Stanardsville A. c[, and Rappahannock Chiefs against the Madison Blue jays for using an illegal player, Ralph Ramers, of the Stafford A.jC., Rappahannock League.
Rappahannock Chiefs Manager, Mahlon Ramey,! presented league president Eddins with a certificate signed by the manager of the Stafford A. C.’s stating that Ramers had played in every game of the season up to the date inquiry.
