Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors met for the regular meeting Wednesday, March 2 at the courthouse in Washington, Va. with all members present and Chairman E. M. Jones conducting the meeting.
Mr. Poe, the architect who had drawn plans for an addition to the clerlrs office, presented drawings to the board with an estimate of not less than $7,000 for the fireproof and burglar-proof extension.
The room would be the approx-' imate size of the present vault with a four inch concrete floor and three inch ceiling. This estimate did not include the vault door.
Mr. J. T. Warren, Resident Engineer of the Highway Department was at the meeting to receive requests for road improvements. Requests had been made by individuals to the Supervisor of their districts, who in turn gave these requests to Mr. Warren. J \
One sheep claim, submitted by Dog Warden, Jack Bruce, was approved.
