BOY 4-H’ER OF YEAR
Continued from page one and Secretary of his club and was past Secretary tnd Treasurer of the County Council. This past year he has served as President ot our Honor Club and was taken into the “All Stars” during 4-H Short Course last June. Also while at Short Course, he competed in the Livestock Judging Contest where our Rappahannock Team won first place. As a result of Walter B.’s outstanding 4-H work, he has received many county medals at our Achievement Night Programs which include medals in health, public speaking, citizenship! baby beef, tractor maintenance, boy's agriculture and leadership.
One of the most outstanding qualities found in Walter B.- is his willingness to do a job when called upon, and doing it well. We all are proud to honor this outstanding 4-H'er during National 4-H Club Week and proclaim him "4-H’er of the Year."
