Applications At RCHS
Applications for nursing scholarships given by the Front RoyalWarren- Rappahannock Tuberculosis Association have been distributed to the principals of four high schools in Warren and Rappahannock Counties.
In announcing the $100 scholarship. Mrs. Leslie Fox Keyser, Chairman of the Association Health Education Committee, said that “it is established primarily in the interest of training for the specialized field of tuberculosis or public health nursing, but consideration will be-given to applicants entering art accredited school of nursing for training in the general field of nursing.”
While a number of nursing' scholarships are available after a probationary period in nursing has been served, die Tuberculosis Association not only offers this assistance to boys or girls entering nursing but assists those needing training.
Applications must be returned to the tuberculosis association by March 30.
