AT A MEETlNCr OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY HELD AT THE COURT HOUSE OF SAID COUNTY ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 1, 1961, AND ALL MEMBERS OF THE BOARD WERE PRESENT. Joseph T. Warren, Resident Engineer of the Highway Department appeared beforej the Board and requested that a Public hearing be set for Wednesday, Apnl 5, 1961 at ten o’clock A M. Upon motion duly made by) Supervisor E. M. Estes, seconded by Supervisor H. B. Wood and unanimously adopted, the Board instructed! its Clerk to give Notiqe as provided by law in Title 33| Section 47 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, that Representatives of the Department of Highways will meet with the; Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County at the Court House of said County on fVednesdty, April 5, 1961 at ten o’clock A. M. for the purpose of discussing and advising with the Board and Qti*! zens present at said meeting, plans and proposals for the maintenance and improvement, including con-, struction and reconstruction of such roads in the Secondanr Sys-j tem of State Highway? in Rappahannock County, the said NO-; TICE to be published in the RArPAHANNOCK NEWS in the issues of March 9th and 16th, 1961; and the Clerk Was further instructed to post a c>py of said Notice on the Bulletin Board at the Court House and mail copies thereof to the said Resident Engineer., A -
