Bar Tender Shot In
Bel Air Restaurant
While tending bar in the colored section of. Bel Air Restaurant in Amissville, Va. Sunday night, June 4th, Herndon Gray of Amissville was shot in the head bv Bernard W. Robinson of Jeffersonton.
According to Trooper John L. Lowman who investigated the shooting, the bullet struck Gray in the right side of his forehead at an angle and traveled under his skin around his skull to the back of his head. Gray was taken to Fauquier County Hospital in Warrenton f<pr removal of the bullet. He was treated and released.
Robinson was arrested, charged with the offense and released on bond Trial is set for July 11.
