(a) The lawful bag limits shall be as follows: Quail, 8 a day, 125 a season; Rabbits, 6 a day, 75 a season (hunt and/or trap); Grouse, 3 a day, 15 a season; Turkey, 1 a day, 2 a season. ^

(a) It shall be unlawful to hunt foxes with dogs in the counties of Clarke, Fairfax (except that section closed to alt hunting), Fauquier (except within the confines of Quantico Marine Reservation), Loudoun and Rappahannock, except from September 1 . March 31, provided, however, that foxes may not be hunted with dogs in Clarke County during the open season for hunting deer in that county; in the City of Newport,News except from October 1 - January 31; and, further, it shall be unlawful to hunt foxes with dogs in Amelia county during the daytime from April 1 - September 1, dates inclusive.

(b) It shall be unlawful to hunt foxts with gune east of the Blue Ridge Mountains October 1 - January 31, and west of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the third Monday in November to January 15, inclusive, except the season in TazweU county Bhall close on January 31. Further, the season for hunting foxes with guns in Prince Edward and King George counties shall be from the third Monday in November to January 31, and in the counties of Chestei field, Franklin, Grayson, Patrick and Pittsylvania from the third Monday in November to January 31, dates inclusive, except red foxes may be hunted in Chesterfield county at any time, and it shall be lawful to hunt foxes in Augusta and Richmond counties at any time.

(c) It shall be unlawful to shoot foxes in Albemarle, Amelia, Amherst, (except in the National Forest Area), Appomattox, Charlotte, Clarke, Culpeper, Dinwiddle (Darville Disrict only), Fauquier (except within the confines of Quantico Marine Reservation), Halifax (except on regularly organized game preserves). Loudoun. Louisa, Nottoway (except red foxes), and Rappahannock counties at any time.
