(d) It shall be unlawful to shoot foxes in Stafford County from October 1 - January 31, inclusive.
(e) Foxes may be hunted in the snow in Rockingham county during the open season for same,
(f) It shall be unlawful to trap foxes statewide from NoVem' ber 15 . January 31, except there shall be a continuous open season for trapping foxes in the counties of Augusta and Richmond.
(g) It shall be unlawful to trap foxes in the counties of Clarke, Fauquier, Loudoun and Rappahannock, except that foxes may be trapped anywhere upon request from the State Health Department for the purpose of controllying rabies. 6. MINK, OPOSSUM AND RACCOON HUNTING SEASONS AND BAG LIMITS;
It shall be lawful to hunt opoccum, statewide. October 15-January 31, and mink December 15-Jahuary 31.
It shall be lawful to hunt raccoon in all counties east of the Blue Ridge Mountains, except Bedford, October 1-March 10. No bag limit.
It shall be lawful to hunt raccoon in all counties west of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Bedford county October 15-January 31, except in the counties of Augusta, Bath, Clarke, Frederick, Highland, Page, Rockbridge, Rockingham, Shenandoah and Warren the searen shall be October 15-February 28. The bag limit shall be two a day. Regulations 26, 27, 29, and 30, concerning the trapping seasons for beaver, mink, muskrat, opossum and otter, are hereby recin. ded.
28. BEAVER, MINK, MUSKRAT, OPOSSUM, OTTER AND RACCOON SEASONS FOR TRAPPING: It shall be unlawful to trap beaver, mink muskrat, opossum, otter and raccoon, statewide from December 1 to March 10, with the following exceptions in regard to raccoon:
(a) In the counties of Accomack, Charles City, Gloucester, James City, Mathews, New Kent, Northampton, Princess Anne and York and the cities of Hampton and Newport News, it shall be unlawful to trap raccoon October 1 - January 31. ^
(b) It "shall be unlawful to trap raccoon at any time in the counties of Alleghany, Bath, Bedford, Bland, Botetourt, Buchanan, Carroll, Craig, Dickenson, Floyd, Franklin, Giles, Grayson, Henry, Lee, Montgomery, Patrick, Pittsylvania, Pulaski, Roanoke, Rockbridge, Russell, Scott, Smyth, Tazwell, Washington, Wise and Wythe. | 99. BOW AND ARROW HUNTING: It shall be lawful to hunt squirrell, bear, and deer of either sex with bow and arrow from* Ooctober 15 to November 1, dates inclusive, except where there is a closed general hunting season on deer. Provided.however, it shall be unlawful to use crossbow or poison arrows at any time for the purpose of hunting wild birds and wild animals, and it sha’l be unlawful to carry firearms when hunting with bow and arrow.
