(2) All of that certein lot. with the buildings and improvements thereon,, lying and being situate at Amissville, Rappahannock County, Virginia, adjoining the first mentioned above property, and being on the South side of State Highway leading from Warrenton to Washington, Virginia, and being known as the Cropp Property, and described as containing 1 acre, which amount has now been reduced by a small tract of land conveyed bv R. E. Luttrell, to the Commonwealth of Virginia, for Road purposes, by deed dated the 17th day of April, 1929, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 35, at page 102, and supposed to contain .77 of an acre, of which .33 of an acre was land previously owned by* the ^Commonwealth of Virginia, leaving the acreage hereby conveyed undetermined but supposed to be about V2 oi an acre.”
