I felt that this proposal on our behalf might be helpful in your community fund raising program in reference to our proposed plant construction i n Rappahannock County. As President of Aileen, Inc., our proposal is as follows:
1. That we will erect an industrial building of twenty fa twentytwo thousand square feet in Rappahannock County on a certain tract of real estate known as the “Grimsley land.”
2. That this land will be purchased by a company to be formed as an operating.subsidiary of our company.
3. The estimated cost of this industrial facility, including the land, will be approximately $160, 000.00, of which our company will advance one-half (y% ).
4. That a first deed of trust will be obtained from some lending institution in the amount of approximately $40,000.00 repayable on or before ten years after date, together with interest at the rate established by the lender.
