Two Injured In A
One-Car Collision
Two colored men from Culpeper were injured in a one car collision early Sunday morning on Route 211 three miles west of Amissville. Burnell Brown, driv|
er of and Johnny Jones, a passenger in a 1957 Pontiac were hospitalized when they attempted to navigate a sharp curve at excess speed, lost control of the vehicle and turned up on the tap.
They were taken to Fauquier .Hospital by Warren ton Rescue Squad where Jones was treated aqd released. Brown, igas released the ihtxt dayand later felt so badly he entered Culpeper Memorial Hospital where they discovered he had a fractured neck. He was transferred to University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville and remains a patient there.
