If the necessary first trust financing can be obtained, and we have assurances that it can be, and secondly, if the communit yinvestors can raise the sum of $40,000.00 then we will exercise our option and on obtaining marketable title to the land begin construction of this facility. Inasmuch as our option has been extended to expire on 14 May 1962, it is our hope that the necessary commitments might be obtained not later than that date.
