Surprise Dinner For
Miss Peggy Palmer
Miss Peggy Palmer, a student at Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, was honored with a surprise birthday party Saturday at a restaurant, The Cellar Door, in that city. Other guests at the dinner were Miss Palmer’s roommate and two suitemates.
Since she could not be at home to celebrate her birthday, her parpruts, Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Palmer, of Washington, Va. made all arrangements for the party by phone so it was a complete and pleasant surprise.
