Sees Tax Relief
LEE8BURG, Va., Jan. 8.— Loudoun County farmers have been promised tax relief on their livestock when the new budget is prepared in the Bprlng.
The board of supervisors yesterday voted unanimously to set the tax rate on livestock at 1 cent per $100 valuation, and to make up any revenue deficiency by increasing the levy on real estate. The present tax rate is $2.80, which applies to livestock as well as real estate and other personal property.
