For major producing areas, as in the past, county rates for 1963 generally reflect terminal rates less handling and freight charges needed to get jhe wheat, to terminals. County and terminal rates are adjusted up or down for grade and quality to determine support prices for individual producers. Trice-support premium and discount schedules for different grades and qualities will be announced later. Since the average loan portion of the 1963 crop support price is 18 cents per bushel lower than the 1962 loan average, all terminal rates reflect this difference.
