About 16TOO Virginia children and dependent parents of deceased veterans will receive an increase of approximately 10% in their monthly dependency and indemnity compensation payments as result of a new law just signed by the President. This increase applies only to cases where the veteran died in s e r v 1 c e or of service connected conditions.
