The marriage of Miss Bar. bara Jones to Curtis Absher was solemnized at two-thirty o'clock Saturday afternoon, June 15 in Trinity Episcopal Church, Washington, Virginia. Miss Jones is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward • Howard Jones of Nashville, Tennessee, and has been Home Agent in Rappahannock ' County for the past year and a half. Mr. Absher is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Jesse Absher of Blacksburg, Virginia.

Paul Nichols, of Flint Hill, organist, played the traditional wedding marches and accompanied soloist Charles Luther Jones of St. Michaels, Maryland, an uncle of the bride, in “Whither Thou Goest* and “O Perfect Love.*
