Peau de soie, fashioned with a bateau neckline and a yoke of re-embroidered alencon lace. The waist line dipped to a point in back and the full skirt ended in a chapel train. The long sleeves came to a point over her hands. Her elbow length veil fell from a Peau de ^»ie cap and she carried a colonial bouquet of white rose and stephanotis. Miss Linda Anne Jones was Maid of Honor for her sister. Miss Barbara Jean Absher, sister of the bridegroom,was a bridesmaid. Their gowns were of Nile- green silk cry.m. stalette made with scoop neckline and dropped waist from which fell a deeply pleated floor length skirt.— They wore matching garden hats and carried colonial bouquets of daises. Miss Marta Lee Jones, another sister of the bride, was junior bridesmaid. Her gown was like those of the other attendants and she wore a matching bonnet. Mr. Absher acted as best man for his son.
