Rappahannock County Public Schools will open for 1963-64 session on Tuesday, September 3, at 9:00 a.m. Opening day classes will be abbreviated with school operating only until noon. Pupils will be given book lists and schedules and final registration will be accomplished on the opening day. The first full - day of classes will be September 4. Cafeterias will operate in the schools having them and classes will be held on the full schedule. O.-A. Norton, Superintendent, said the bus schedule for the coming year is basically the same. George Washington Carver Regional High School will begin classes earlier than the rest of the County. They will begin classes on Wednes - day, August 28. Teachers will report back to school one week earlier than students. Principals will convene on Tuesday, August 27, and teacher conferences will be held on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, August 28, 29, and 30. High school teachers are: H. B.
