day dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Brock. Barbara Hamer is staying for a two weeks’ visit with her aunt, Mrs. Brock, and family. Mr. and Mrs. Stant Weaver were overnight guests Saturday of his brother-in-law and sister Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Hoffman in Orange. On Sunday they attended the Baptist Union meeting at Brightwood and vjsited friends and relatives in Boston.

On S&turday morning Mrs. Burwell Cullipher of Newport News entertained in honor of Miss Peggy Pillar at a breakfast at Cab Inn. Her other guests included Mrs. David Pyle, Miss Scott Moncure, Mrs. Forest Guth and Mrs. Cary Miller. Mrs. E. N. Montague entertained Saturday at a lunch eon also honoring Miss Pillar. Her guests were Mrs Burwell Cullipher, Mrs. David Pyle, Miss Scott Moncure, Mrs. Cary Miller Mrs. Forest Guth, Miss Nancy Guth and Miss Peachy Lyne.
