Fletcher, Trustee, said deed of trust being dated October 24, 1956, and recorded November 9, 1956, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia; in Deed Book 66, at page 37, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt and at the request of the legal holder thereof (the debt and obligations secured by said deed of trust having been declared by the holder to be due and payable), the undersigned, James W.
