Carrigan, Chairman of the Library Board of Trustees, who cited some of the aims and future plans for the Library. These include in addition to offering a good selection of books, a planned program for children, young people and adults at the Library. This would embrace such things as book reviews, lectures and discussions, the showing of films, etc. They also hope to provide several authorities on a given subject to any group studying a particular problem. Mr. Carrigan also announced that each of the six Magisterial Districts will hold a major program within the district once a year. The first will be held by Hampton District in November.
