Mrs. E. V. Goddard was hostess to the Sperryville Bridge Club on Friday evening having as her guests Mrs G. Brown Miller, Mrs.Lucio Kilby, Mrs. Roy Reeve, Mrs. R. E. Thompsen, Mrs.Charles H. Estes, Mrs. Rudolph Patzig, Mrs, Thomas J.Pillar and Mrs. R. E. Wood. A salad course was served and prizes awarded to Mrs. Thompsen and Mrs. Estes for high score. A recent guest for the weekend of Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Wood was Miss Louise Schwartz of Richmond. Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Aylor had with them for the week-end their sons Buddy and Joe Henry and his son Joe Aylor of Arlington. Mrs. Della Howard entertained at a luncheon on Tuesday of last week for the,following guests; Mrs. R. E. Wood, Mrs. B. M. Varner, Mrs. Lee Swindler, Mrs.J.R. Devers, Miss Ruth Menefee, Mrs. V. M. Lewis, Mrs.Jack Weaver and Mrs.Charles K. Estes. On last Saturday Mrs. Howard had as luncheon guests Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Wood, Mrs. Bertie Lib Moffett.Miss Annie Cooksey and Mrs.William Meade Fletcher. Mrs. Howard also had as week-end guests her daughter Mrs.Joe Henry Aylor add her twodaugh
