Legal Notice

At a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, Virginia, on the 4th day of March, 1964, commencing at 10 o’clock a.m. of that day, amendments to the Subdivision Ordinance of Rappahannock County, Virginia, were proposed, as follows: Upon motion duly made, seconded and passed, amendments to the Subdivision Ordinance of Rappahannock County Virginia, as recommended by( the said Board of Supervisors at a special meeting to be held on March 20, 1964, at 10 o’clock a.m. in the Court House at Washington, Virginia; at which time a public hearing will be held and said Board of Supervisors will hear all persons for and against the adoption of such amendments. And the Clerk shall give the required notice of the time and place of the hearing at least once a week for 2 weeks, as provided In Section 15-961.4 of the 1950 Code of Virginia as amended. The Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to have copies of the above-mentioned proposed amendments to the Subdivision Ordinance of Rappahannock County,“'Vi1*§;ifiia, in the* Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of said County for examination by the public, to which reference is hereby made.
