Mr. and Mrs. Leon Compton of Vienna entertained Sunday with a dinner party in honor of Mrs. N; D. Sutton. Other guests included Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Womack and two sons of College Park* Md. and Mr. and Mrs. Gary Bailey. Guests during the weekend of Mr. and Mrs. Pate Tharp were Mr. and Mrs. Haywood Tharp of Amissville, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Tharp and daughter of Edinburg, Mr. and Mrs. Jake Tharp and son Freddie and Jimmy Bailey of Culpeper, and Lawrence Horner of Fairfax.
Mrs. Nellie Rudasill and two daughters of Glen Burnie, Md. were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. O. T. Deal. Lloyd Martin has returned to his home after spending some time in Baltimore, Md. Mrs. B. James Moss and Mrs. Edmond Martin were in Fairfax Monday to visit Mrs. Nettie Moss who was recovering from a virus. Mrs. R. E. Hitt honored her mother Mrs. O.T. Deal with a birthday party Wednesday the 26th of February..Guests included Mrs. R, E. Gore, Mrs. Ben Mallory and two children, Mrs. George Beebe and two daughters.
